What Is Your School Medicaid Data Telling You?

Most School Medicaid reporting focuses on dollars, claims, and reimbursement, but those numbers tell only part of the story. We’ll explore how operational data can reveal missed services, documentation gaps, provider workload, consent issues, denials, unusual trends, and other indicators of program performance. We’ll also look at how different stakeholders, including districts, providers, billing companies, administrators, and state agencies, can use the same data for very different purposes. Attendees will leave with ideas for moving from passive reporting to active program management and for asking better questions of the data they already collect.
